Terms of Business |

The business agreements vary
with each client. The structure is based on the nature of the work
required and whether it is a one-off project or an on-going
relationship based on either a fixed number of hours per week or as
a retainer. No charges are levied until initial meetings have been
held and a proposal has been produced and accepted by the client.
A ‘typical’ client would be supported both on-site, with regular
meetings and working sessions to progress requirements, and
remotely, where tasks are completed and documents prepared away from
the client office.
